The Next Big Thing – Episode One

I  finally upgraded to an iPhone, and with it comes the capability to record interviews with some of Indy’s brightest, young professionals. I’m really excited about sharing my conversations with other young professionals in the community.
I thought interviewing for a podcast would be easy, but boy was I wrong. As I conduct more interviews, I hope to improve my skills at engaging my interview subject so  listeners will understand why I feel these folks are worth getting to know.

In my inaugural episode, I sat down with Will Hardison of MediaPlug.  I loved his advice to other young professionals:  “If you aren’t living on the edge, you are just taking up space”.

    What is the best type of interview question? How should you construct questions? Who, what, when, where, why, and how. Open-ended.

      Learning how to conduct interviews is harder then it seems. It is not just about the questions, but being able to flex where the interviewee takes you
